The Gold Cross Caregiver Café is a virtual resource centre to empower and support you to take the best possible care of yourself and your loved one.

The objectives of the Caregiver Café are to:

  1. Provide respite and a place for caregivers to relax and be nurtured
  2. Provide a virtual place for caregivers to meet and support each other
  3. Provide answers to caregiver questions
  4. Recommend appropriate caregiver resources

The mission of the Gold Cross Caregiver Café is to improve the quality of the life for caregivers and the individuals who receive their care. Discover information and resources on a variety of caregiving topics.

The Gold Cross Caregiver Café was created by Joanne De Rubeis RN BScN who has been involved with nursing, health promotion, education and patient advocacy and support for over 34 years.
